RS Leaders

This screen lists stocks on US OTC markets whose 68-day (about three months) relative strength rank is above 90: their price performance beats at least 90% of the other stocks on the same exchange. The strongest are shown first. Relative strength is a core idea of momentum investing, because leaders tend to keep leading. It is not the RSI oscillator, which measures overbought and oversold conditions. OTC stocks trade outside the major exchanges and are often thinly traded penny stocks; the list covers US OTC stocks with at least $100,000 in average daily trading value.
