In smart money concepts, a bullish order block is the last down candle before an impulsive move up, where large buyers are thought to have left unfilled orders. This screen lists stocks on Asian exchanges that broke above the prior high with a wide up candle within the last 12 days and are now trading back into the high of the down candle before it, while still closing above that candle's close, with an up close on above-average volume. It is a price-based proxy for an order-block retest. Prices are in each exchange's local currency, and the list covers stocks traded in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Jakarta with at least about US$0.7 million in average daily trading value.
