This screen lists stocks on European exchanges whose 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) is below 30. RSI measures the speed of recent price moves on a 0-100 scale, and a reading under 30 suggests selling may be overdone. Oversold stocks can bounce sharply, but in a strong downtrend RSI can stay low for weeks, so many traders wait for RSI to turn back up or for a reversal candle. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
