This screen lists stocks on European exchanges priced under 5 in the local currency that trade more than 1 million shares a day on average, ranked by today's volume; the top 100 are shown. Low-priced stocks with heavy volume attract active traders because small price changes mean large percentage moves. They are also riskier and more volatile than larger companies, so size positions carefully. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
