This screen lists coins against USDT whose price has just crossed above the most recent swing high (an upper Williams fractal) while the latest swing low is higher than the one before it, on above-average volume. Higher lows plus a new break higher is the classic definition of an uptrend in market structure. Crypto trades around the clock, so the list uses near-real-time data with daily bars that close at 00:00 UTC, and covers coins quoted against USDT with at least 1 million USDT in average daily volume.
