An upthrust is the mirror of a spring and a typical sign of distribution in the Wyckoff method: price pokes above resistance, triggers breakout buyers and stops, then falls back into the range. This screen lists stocks on European exchanges where a bull trap has formed on the resistance lines of the SNR indicator (fractal-based support and resistance) with volume above its 21-day average. Breakout buyers caught above resistance often add to the selling. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
