Triple Bottom

UK

A triple bottom is a bullish reversal: price tests the same support level three times and holds, showing that sellers are running out. A break above the highs between the lows confirms the pattern. This screen lists stocks on the London Stock Exchange where a triple bottom pattern was identified on one of the last five bars, most actively traded first. LSE prices are quoted in pence, and the list skips thinly traded shares.

Screening formula:
exch(lse) and type(stock) and advol(21) > 50 and (triple_bottom)@[0..4] and sortby(advol(5), desc) and show(advol(5) as turnover_5d_m)
