This screen lists stocks on Asian exchanges whose 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) is below 30. RSI measures the speed of recent price moves on a 0-100 scale, and a reading under 30 suggests selling may be overdone. Oversold stocks can bounce sharply, but in a strong downtrend RSI can stay low for weeks, so many traders wait for RSI to turn back up or for a reversal candle. Prices are in each exchange's local currency, and the list covers stocks traded in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Jakarta with at least about US$0.7 million in average daily trading value.
