MACD Crosses Above Zero

Canada

This screen lists stocks on the Toronto Stock Exchange where the MACD line (12, 26) crossed above the zero line on the latest bar. MACD above zero means the 12-period EMA has moved above the 26-period EMA, so the cross confirms that the short-term trend has turned up. It comes later than a signal-line crossover but gives fewer false signals. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the list covers TSX-listed stocks with at least C$1 million in average daily trading value.
