Double Bottom

UK

A double bottom is a W-shaped bullish reversal: price falls to a low twice and holds, showing that sellers are exhausted. A break above the middle peak confirms the pattern. This screen lists stocks on the London Stock Exchange where a double bottom pattern was identified on one of the last five bars, most actively traded first. LSE prices are quoted in pence, and the list skips thinly traded shares.

Screening formula:
exch(lse) and type(stock) and advol(21) > 50 and (double_bottom)@[0..4] and sortby(advol(5), desc) and show(advol(5) as turnover_5d_m)
