This screen lists stocks on European exchanges whose 14-day Average True Range (ATR) has been trending up over the last 7 bars. ATR measures how far the price moves in a typical bar, so a rising ATR shows that volatility is expanding. Swing traders look for expanding ranges because they often come at the start of a breakout or a new trend, and they size stops by ATR. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
