PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk is an Indonesian gold and silver mining company with operations across Indonesia and Hong Kong, and is part of the larger PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk group. Its primary asset is the Pani Gold Mine, a fully owned project spanning 135 hectares in the Gorontalo Province of Sulawesi Island. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in South Jakarta, the company was previously called PT Pani Bersama Jaya before changing its name in June 2025.
