Business Description
Founded in 2003, Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust is the first investment trust of its kind to own property in Hong Kong, and its shares are traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The trust owns 17 retail properties across Hong Kong and Singapore, including 16 shopping areas within private residential communities and one neighborhood shopping center. Together, these properties cover roughly 3 million square feet of retail space and include nearly 2,800 parking spaces.
