It lists stocks on European exchanges whose price is above the 200-day simple moving average while the average itself is higher than a month ago. Mark Minervini buys only stocks in a Stage 2 uptrend, and a rising 200-day line is its foundation: below a falling 200-day line a stock is in a Stage 4 decline, however cheap it looks. The next steps narrow this list to the Stage 2 Uptrend, the Trend Template, VCP setups and breakouts. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
