| Williams' Percent Range (WPR), or William's %R, is a technical indicator used to measure overbought and oversold conditions. It was developed by Larry Williams in the late 1970s and is similar to the stochastic oscillator. The indicator value oscillates between -100 and 0. Values above -20 are considered overbought, while values below -80 are considered oversold. When the WPR reaches overbought conditions, it may signal a potential sell signal, while oversold conditions may indicate a potential buy signal. |
