This screen finds a bullish RSI divergence: the price makes a lower low while the RSI makes a higher low. The RSI(14), developed by J. Welles Wilder, compares average gains with average losses over 14 days on a scale from 0 to 100; readings above 70 are considered overbought, below 30 oversold, and 50 separates bullish from bearish momentum. The divergence shows that selling pressure is weakening, and it is especially telling when the first low is in oversold territory.
