This screen finds stocks whose price has just touched the latest upper fractal from below. A Bill Williams fractal is a five-bar pattern: an upper fractal is a high with two lower highs on each side, and a lower fractal is a low with two higher lows on each side. The latest fractals act as nearby resistance and support. The test of this resistance decides the next move: a close above it would be a breakout, and a rejection keeps the price in its range.
