This screen finds stocks whose price has just touched the latest lower fractal from above. A Bill Williams fractal is a five-bar pattern: an upper fractal is a high with two lower highs on each side, and a lower fractal is a low with two higher lows on each side. The latest fractals act as nearby resistance and support. The test of this support decides the next move: a close below it would be a breakdown, and a hold keeps the price in its range.
