This screen finds stocks whose price has just crossed below the latest lower fractal. A Bill Williams fractal is a five-bar pattern: an upper fractal is a high with two lower highs on each side, and a lower fractal is a low with two higher lows on each side. The latest fractals act as nearby resistance and support. In Williams' trading method, a break below the lower fractal is a sell signal that shows the price escaping its recent range to the downside.
