This screen finds stocks whose price has just bounced up from the latest lower fractal. A Bill Williams fractal is a five-bar pattern: an upper fractal is a high with two lower highs on each side, and a lower fractal is a low with two higher lows on each side. The latest fractals act as nearby resistance and support. A rebound from the lower fractal shows that buyers defend the recent low, and traders often expect a move back toward the upper fractal.
