This screen finds stocks whose price has just bounced down from the latest upper fractal. A Bill Williams fractal is a five-bar pattern: an upper fractal is a high with two lower highs on each side, and a lower fractal is a low with two higher lows on each side. The latest fractals act as nearby resistance and support. A rejection at the upper fractal shows that sellers defend the recent high, and traders often expect a move back toward the lower fractal.
