This screen finds stocks whose price has touched the latest upper fractal three times without breaking above it. A Bill Williams fractal is a five-bar pattern: an upper fractal is a high with two lower highs on each side, and a lower fractal is a low with two higher lows on each side. The latest fractals act as nearby resistance and support. A triple test marks firm resistance, so a breakout above it would be a significant buy signal.
