This screen finds stocks whose price has touched the latest lower fractal twice without breaking below it. A Bill Williams fractal is a five-bar pattern: an upper fractal is a high with two lower highs on each side, and a lower fractal is a low with two higher lows on each side. The latest fractals act as nearby resistance and support. A double test of the same low strengthens it as support, and a later breakdown below it often leads to a strong move.
