Price Touched Above Lower Circuit Band Stocks

This screen finds stocks whose price has touched the lower circuit band from above. Circuit price bands, also called price limits, are the maximum percentage moves allowed in one session, set by the exchange around the previous close; the screen uses a 10% band, and trading is halted or capped at the limits. Hitting the lower limit shows extreme selling pressure, often on news, and the stock may be locked at the limit with more sellers than buyers.
