Price Is Above Lower Circuit Band Stocks

This screen finds stocks trading above the lower circuit band. Circuit price bands, also called price limits, are the maximum percentage moves allowed in one session, set by the exchange around the previous close; the screen uses a 10% band, and trading is halted or capped at the limits. A price above the lower limit can still fall during the session, so the stock is not locked at its maximum allowed loss.
