This screen finds stocks trading below the Alligator's Lips, the fastest of its three lines. The Alligator, developed by Bill Williams, uses three smoothed moving averages shifted forward: the Lips (5 periods, shifted 3), the Teeth (8, shifted 5) and the Jaw (13, shifted 8). When the lines are intertwined the Alligator sleeps; when they spread apart in order it is eating, and a trend is under way. A price below the Lips shows short-term weakness.
