Steady growers are companies whose profits rise year after year, through good and bad markets. This screen lists stocks on the Bombay Stock Exchange whose annual earnings per share were positive four fiscal years ago and increased in each of the three years since, sorted by five-year EPS growth. Long-term investors favor such companies because consistent growth tends to compound into steady share price gains. Prices are in Indian rupees, and the list covers BSE-listed stocks with at least 50 million rupees in average daily trading value.
